Me Time: Do We Have Time?
Our lives move so fast, it's similar to the USS Enterprise hitting warp speed. We are always rushing off to work, school, lunch, appointments, home, etc. Even when you get home, you think you can relax. Nope, you start to do more things like cook dinner, make sure the kids are doing their homework, cleaning, looking for important docs, etc. Before we know it, it's time for bed and you forgot to set our alarm. Do we really have me-time that is slow, calm, and quiet? I can't even drive to work without my phone going off with a phone call or even a calendar notification reminding me to do something. There goes my brain running in a thousand directions. There goes my stress level adding distractions while I'm driving and working. I just put everyone around me, including myself, in danger. Is it worth it? The important things we do everyday stress us out enough. Sometimes the *ding* from our phones or I-pads make us jump and our minds start thinking things like: great, why is my boss calling me again? or what does my mom want now? or even is he/she calling me back after five voice-mails?!

What We Think—Becomes
What is manifestation? In short, it is the embodiment of our thoughts: what we think; becomes. Some people can manifest things more strongly and quickly than others. However, what we all have in common is the power we put into “negative manifestations.”

Not so Beautiful?
I scrolled through Pinterest ideas on his computer barely knowing how to work a new MAC laptop (I know, I know), accidentally scrolling in and out of Pinterest boards, trying hard NOT to save some stranger's pictures (hehe). I continued to run through ideas of the perfect industrial-like table that we possibly could build (although I wasn’t too sure how it would come out..ha-ha). After diligently trying NOT to exit out of a million tabs he had up on his screen, I somehow exited my search and went straight into his Pinterest home (this devil computer).

'Stupid' Is Genius
Routine, security and common sense—diseases to mankind. Over the past few years, I have experienced enough hurt to understand that life is short and very easily wasted. Painfully, I watch people throw away their lives while achieving all their goals. Friends becoming successful, flapping around resume's of good grades, having careers and families but never truly living. Never experiencing all the world can offer to us if we just open our minds. Never truly feeling free or recklessly wild. I have found that the most dangerous way to live, is safely.

Self Care Comes First
We are all busy in some ways, and it is hard to carve out well needed time for ourselves, I know. But to maintain a healthy mind, soul, and body we all have to self pamper sometimes! It doesn't have to be anything extravagant or expensive, but just enough to be a reminder that it's not selfish to treat yourself. Here are some easy ways to practice self love.

How to Keep Track of Your Own Deadlines, To Do Lists, and Productivity Logs
Keeping track of your own deadlines happens when you make a deadline list as I’m about to do for myself. To Do Lists constitute a brain dump of everything you need to get done while then breaking it down into smaller lists. To do lists only work if you have a schedule on an Excel file that tells you what you are doing with each two-hour block you give yourself, whether it is two hours or fifteen minutes. I give myself two hours. Time management is really easy and doesn’t involve looking at the clock every ten minutes. Time management is about using the greatest resource anybody has to your advantage. This huge resource is time.

How to Become a Better Version of Yourself Through the Failure
Fall on your face! Fail! Fail spectacularly. Because when you fail, you learn. When you fail, you live. This quote is from the movie I like a lot—The Last Word, 2017. It shows the life in real colors and says to every person on another side of the screen: no matter how hard life is at the moment, no matter what's your age—it is not the end until it is the end. You can fail million times, but this is how you grow, how you become a better version of yourself.
