I wanted only to run wild and free,
bolted out the open side gate.
Beyond the fence--so much to see!

Lots of new trees to christen with pee.
When found, I know I'll be getting the crate.

When I was six or seven, my stepdad came into my life, and I remember thinking he knew everything. He could befriend anybody, anywhere. In grocery stores, he chatted with strangers over cuts of meat; at gas stations, he bonded with people pumping fuel over how the smell of gasoline was disgusting and yet enjoyable. In restaurants, he took an interest in waiters’ lives—like Steve, whose father was dying of cancer. When Steve’s dad died, my new dad attended the funeral.

Alright, let's not fuck about - here is what you need: Ingredients: 350g self raising flour 90g butter pinch of salt tsp of baking powder 175ml milk a squeeze of lemon a drop of vanilla an egg fresh strawberries, if they're in season Extra flour Even more flour Dried fruit (I consider this completely optionasl and usually leave it out)
